Project Re:Connect
This website on the Korean War is part of Project Re: Connect, a campaign aiming to raise public awareness and knowledge about the Korean War, its history, and its significance today.
Originally, Project Re:Connect started as an idea between two high school students for the Plan. Implement. Present. (PIP) competition*. The idea grew into a plan, and a plan into action, with the unbelivable support and guidance of so many people.
It is our hope that this campaign, like many others before us and after,
will serve as a reminder of what a war was fought for seventy years ago,
and the future that was gained from the service and sacrifice of our
veterans. We thank you. We remember you. We will not forget.

Project Re:Connect would like to thank in particular:
The US-Korea
Alliance Foundation
The VFW E.W. Allgood Memorial Post 5404 and
Commander Damon Wallace
Mr. Anderson and Mrs. "Dot Anderson"
And most importantly, to the veterans who served in the Korean
War.
*The Plan. Implement. Present. (PIP) competition is an annual competition encouraging middle and high school students to develop a campaign for raising awareness and the significance of the Korean War and the US-Korea Alliance to the public hosted by the USKAF Foundation.
